I spend more hours in the kitchen, I swear… but I love it. When I was young, I was always fascinated by cooking, but my mom is not an enthusiastic cook and my dad cooked a few special things that were beyond my scope. Later I ended up with a boyfriend who appreciated the finer things in life, and only the finer things. Namely: potatoes, rice, steak, chicken, pasta, or any combination of the above. Deviations were not appreciated. So to have an appreciative audience and an amazing kitchen now is just wonderful and so encouraging!
